African Management Services Company (AMSCO) is a joint initiative of the United Nations Development Program (UNDP), the International Finance Corporation (IFC) and the African Development Bank (AfDB) with a mission to assist private sector companies, to become globally competitive, sustainable and profitable

AMSCO goes about this mandate by recruiting and placing experienced managers into key senior positions within SMEs across Africa and as a result of AMSCO’s intervention, local capacity/skill is built, African SMEs are better managed, growth is harnessed and businesses are sustainable.

Additionally, we assist with recruitment-only services of senior management personnel (C-suite candidates) for both local and international companies.
