MAHM PLC would like to announce a new vacant position for consulting our international customers in Real Estate and related investments.
Job Title: Real Estate Advisor
Work Place: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
Salary: Negotiable but Attractive
Job Type: Full time
Work Experience and skills:

• A candidate should have at least 1 year of sound work experience in sales, marketing and managing Real estate and Real Estate related investments/projects.
• Excellent command of English
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Computer knowledge
• Familiar with Ethiopian investment proclamation
• Be a team player and communicator and work under minimal supervision

Key responsibilities:

• Provide available up-to-date information to our local and international customers of Real Estate investments,
• Develop, coordinate and functionally manage Real Estate projects
• Collect, organize and prepare latest  list of available land and  Real estate properties for lease, sell or rent to our international clients
• Prepare and  write timely and standard reports to the management and customers
