Having witnessed firsthand the ever increasing number of injuries due to accidents, which in turn caused deaths and severe permanent disabilities of many people in cities, towns and in the country at large, the founder of the organisation, realized the need for earnest professional intervention so as to curb the problem and minimize the extent of losses due to these tragic accidents.

As the first private ambulance service provider the primary duties are:
- Primary emergency and medical response.
- Evacuation of critically ill to main referral hospitals in the capital and abroad.
- Evacuation of critically ill to abroad and to main referral hospitals in the capital.
- Providing first aid and emergency training to all segments of the population.
- Provision of first aid kit.
- Provide you with "complete package" when it comes to remote site emergency medical services.
