UNITED NATIONS DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME (UNDP)

Administrative Associate

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP)is seeking to hire Administrative Associate who will implement operational strategies, provide efficient administrative support, administers assets management, support administrative and financial control in the Country Office and coordination of Registry and Receptionist functions.

Contract type: Fixed Term Appointment(G6) - *Fixed Term Appointment is a staff contractual modality.
Duration: One year (renewable).
Qualification and experience: B.A./B.Sc. Degree/Completion of High School.

Interested applicants must have at least three years of experience(6 years with high school completion) and certification in administration is desirable. Experience in administration or programme support service and usage of computers and office software packages (MS Word, Excel, etc.). Experience in handling of web-based management systems is required.
