1. Position: Human Resource & Administration Officer

Qualification & Experience: BA Degree in Management, Public Administration or related discipline plus a minimum of 3 years in HR Management role preferably in the banking sector.

2. East Region — Dire Dawa Town
3. North Region — Mekelle Town
4. North-West Region — Bahir Dar Town
5. South Region — Hawassa Town
6. West Region — Nekemte Town

2. Position: Terminal Management Officer I

Qualification & Experience BSc Degree in Computer science, Information Technology or related field plus a minimum of three (3) years’ experience on ATM/POS operations and support(Preferable).

Job Summary: The jobholder is responsible for providing day-to-day operations of ATM and POS, recommends on the acquisition of the right ATM and POS devices. Closely monitors ATM and POS hardware operations, fixes minor issues that can be handled in house, escalates issues to external support providers to ensure 24/7 availability of ATM, makes technical evaluation of ATM and POS terminals and recommends on the right terminal for acquisition.
