1. Manager, Risk Management Division

Job Summary: The purpose of Risk management division manager’s job is to develop strategy, policies and procedures for risk management function; to plan, organize. and direct the operation of the division and ensure its effective operation; to oversee the risk management activities of the bank; to lead independent and bank wide review, monitoring, and identification of financial and non-financial risks; to protect the bank from undue business lose; and to consolidate reports of the division

Minimum Work Experience and Educational Qualification Requirements:
  • BA in Banking and Finance, Accounting. Economics, Management or in related fields.
  • 8 years of relevant experience of which 2 years in supervisory or equivalent positions.

2. Job title: Manager, Banking Centre (for the soon to be opened Ziway Banking Center)

The purpose of this job is to plan, direct and coordinate the functions of the branch or banking unit; ensure its effective operations and achievement of the strategy of the bank and assigned banking center targets; oversee the day to day activities, deposit mobilization, processing of credit, trade service request and other retail banking services; ensures that the activities are performed in line with policies and procedures of the Bank and NBE directives.

Minimum Work Experience and Educational Qualification Requirements:
  • B.A. Degree in Banking and Finance, Management, Accounting, Economics or related Business fields.
  • Seven years of relevant work experience out of which two years as an Assistant Branch Manager or equivalent.
  • Those who have practical Banking experience in Zeway and the surrounding are highly encouraged to apply.
