Job Description:

INTAPS Software Engineering is an information systems development and services company. It has customer base and operations around the country. It is looking for a dynamic and skilled professional with strong management and information technology skills, qualification and experience to assist with management of its growing operation. This position will play an integral role in the customer service and organizational strength of our company. The Office Administrator will provide administrative support, greet and direct visitors and answer and respond to calls and emails. Qualified candidates will have impeccable verbal and written communication skills, a strong ability to multi-task and a friendly demeanor.

Job Requirements:

Office Administrator Responsibilities
  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate offices
  • Conduct clerical duties, including filing, answering phone calls, responding to emails and preparing documents
  • Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Perform accounting tasks, including invoicing and budget tracking
  • Schedule meetings and travel arrangements for members of the company
  • Provide administrative support for operations team
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects
  • Customer-service oriented
  • Able to complete complex administrative tasks with minimal supervision
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantage
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software
