Job Description:


1 Human Resource Supervisor (Employee Training and Development)
Work Place: Adama
  • Job Description: Assist the head of the human resources department to design and assess training programs. Implement and monitor training programs or schemes.Liaise with managers and interview employees at all levels to identify and assess training and development needs. Participate the drafting of employee handbook, learning materials and regulations in local language.
2 Human Resource Specialist (Employee Relations)
Work Place: Adama
  • Job Description: Assist with the design of recruitment plan; Implement the recruitment process. Act as a liaison between employer and employee and oversee employee relations. Conduct exit interviews and administer severance.
3. Office Assistant (Document Processing and Administration)
Work Place: Adama and Addis
  • Job Description: Create and update office records ensuring accuracy and validity of information; Assist the document processing and office administration work; Assist the coordination with government departments and vendors. Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner.

Job Requirements:

  • 1.Candidate Requirements: Master’s degree or above; aged between 28 to 36; 3 years or above work experience in training or teaching. Excellent in Amharic and Oromo language with an advanced English level in both written and verbal communication.Work with integrity, open-minded, willing to learn and adapt to multi-culture environment.
  • 2. Candidate Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or above; aged between 24 to 30; One year or above work experience in human resource management; Demonstrate a solid knowledge of employment law. Excellent in Amharic and Oromo language with an advanced English level in both written and verbal communication.Work with integrity, open-minded, willing to learn and adapt to multi-culture environment.
  • 3. Candidate Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or above; aged between 22 to 28;Amharic or Oromo native speaker with an advanced English level in both written and verbal communication.Work with integrity, open-minded, willing to learn and adapt to multi-culture environment.
