Job Description:

Abay Insurance S.C. would like to invite potential candidates for the following key positions:

1. Assistant Manager, Finance and Investment Department
MA/BA Degree in Accounting with ACCA is preferable
Experience: Minimum of 5/7 years experience in insurance industry or working on insurance associated cases handling. Advanced knowledge of Peachtree is mandatory

2. Branch Manager I
MA/B.A Degree in Management, Economics, Accounting, Insurance or related fields
Experience: Minimum of 3/5 years’ experience in Insurance industry with proven experience in managing demanding duties & have track record achievements (Experience as Branch Manager is more Advantages)

For all positions:
Competency Requirements: - Very high Customer orientation, Interpersonal Communication skill, High Coordination skill & Proactive personality and Detail Orientation & analytical Skill
Salary and Benefits: as per Company Scale.
Term of Employment: Permanent

Duty station: Addis Ababa
