Manager, Needs Analysis and Learning Delivery Division

Qualification & Experience: BA Degree in Education/Curriculum, Management and business related courses plus a minimum of 8 years of relevant experiences in managing and delivering capacity building training and learning programs.

Job Summary: The jobholder is responsible for assessing needs, plans/designs, develops, executes, and manages the learning and development programs; maintains the learning quality and integration to ensure achievement of bank’s business goals; organizes, directs, administers, supervises, evaluates and improves the bank’s learning and development programs by providing innovative methods and instructional skills to the trainers on a diverse range of subject matters.

Skills Requirement: Knowledge of computer operation is mandatory
