Job Description:

Assist and support Finance, HR and Admin officer on administration issues.
• Schedule travel arrangements for senior executives.
• Maintain office supply inventory.
• Retrieve documents and files when requested
• Assist HR with sorting and collating resumes
• Read and route incoming mail and process outgoing mail
• Light accounting duties.
• Prepare payments documents, attendance sheets and others on all payments the projects is making
• Handles and manage company’s petty cash in a generally accepted standard norm.
• Keep complete and accurate documentation
• Assist the supervisor to review/ analyses monthly budget monitoring report for timely comment and if any adjustment
• Monitor and follow-up receipt and answering of letters;
• Maintain office records and reference files on various subjects for easy access and reference
 

Job Requirements:

• College Diploma in Accounting
• 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
