Alliance of Knowledge and Action for Sustainable Livelihood Management Association (AKAM), a local NGO, works with resource-poor families, especially women to enable them to sustain livelihoods, increase income, meet nutritional requirements, nurture nature, and increase resilience to climate risks.  AKAM implements projects related to women empowerment, agriculture and rural business development as well as community institution strengthening in the West and Southwest Shewa Zones of the Oromia Region.  AKAM highly encourages female candidates to apply for the job positions advertised.
