Job Description:

Human Resource Management Officer

MAIN DUTIES:
Oversee and support all human resource administrative duties in the office and ensure that office is operating smoothly
Implement HR initiatives including health, insurance, volunteer, and providing resources
Produce reports, composing correspondences and draft contracts
Coordinate appointments and meetings
Mange staff attendance and leave plan
Facilitate Implementation and maintenance of procedures
Facilitate purchase office supplies and equipment

Job Requirements:

From recognized university/college first degree in Management/ Business Administration/
Business Management /Human Resource Management/ Personnel Management/Public
Administration or other relevant field of study minimum with 2 years’ work experience in
human resource administration and office management.
