Role:
We are looking for an experienced accounts Manager to supervise, track and evaluate day-to-day accounting activities. Experience in a manufacturing environment would be particularly helpful.
Responsibilities include:
Effective and accurate use of accounting data to prepare tax and managerial accounting reports.
Enforce compliance and insure local and international accounting rules and procedures are adhered to.
Effective use of accounting software tools with a special focus to inventory management tools in a factory setting.
Manage and oversee the regular operations of the accounting department including:
Month and end-year process
Accounts payable/receivable
Cash receipts, general ledger
Payroll and utilities
Budgeting
Cash flow forecasting
Revenue and expenditure variance analysis
Capital assets reconciliations
Account statement reconciliations,
Coordinate and complete annual audits when necessary
Provide recommendations
Establish and maintain year end closing and maintain proper documentation.
